Dawn is always a magical time with the start of a new day in a beautiful place. This painting is textured to give the artwork a sense of depth and a sculptural quality. It is finished off in inks, oils and acrylic paint coupled with gold leaf.
This series of paintings is my largest ever project as I am painting 365 artworks of Sennen Cove. One for each day of the year. I have been inspired and captivated by this beautiful, magical bay in a remote part of western Cornwall near Lands End.
